COACH, LLC (“COACH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal information, and we have prepared this Privacy Policy to provide you with important information about the privacy practices applicable to the COACH app, including any website or service that links to or refers to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Information you provide directly to us. For certain activities—such as when you register, use our Services, subscribe to our alerts, or contact us—we may collect some or all of the following types of information:

• Payment information, such as your insurance identification and group numbers, health plan, insurance card, credit card number, expiration date, and credit card security code;

• Images or videos provided by you, including any attached metadata;

Information we collect automatically. We may automatically collect certain information when you use the Services, such as:

• IP address, device and advertising identifiers, browser type, operating system, ISP, referring and exit pages, timestamps, click data, and usage behavior;
• Location data, including GPS, WiFi signals, and cell tower proximity
• Technical data related to system or app crashes to help improve the Services.

If you interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter) through the Services, those platforms may collect and use your information per their own policies. SECURITY

YOUR CHOICES

You may request that we delete your personal information by emailing us at privacy@getmskcoach.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your request.

You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. Flash Cookies can be managed via Adobe’s settings manager. Some features of the Services may not function properly if these technologies are disabled.

California residents may request details on information shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. COACH does not share personal data with third parties for their own direct marketing.

THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING, LINKS, AND CONTENT

Our Services may contain third-party content and links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those parties. Third-party ad networks may collect information through cookies, pixels, and device identifiers to provide personalized advertising

You can opt out of interest-based advertising through:

• Digital Advertising Alliance
• Network Advertising Initiative
• Your mobile device settings for app-based tracking.

Please note that opting out applies per browser/device. Ads may still appear, but may not be personalized.

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.

CHILDREN

We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to create accounts or use our Services.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” and post the updated version. Please review it regularly to stay informed.
